Sai Shakti Energy Healing Sessions

Sai Shakti Energy Healing is an ancient technique from India of channeling divine energy with a specific intention for healing. It can help with any area or problem that is causing you suffering in your life. We will talk for a few minutes and come to a clear intention, what we are specifically working on for your session. Then the client lays fully clothed on a massage table or seated in a chair while I place my hands on different points of the body (back of neck, top of head, behind knees, feet, hands, fingertips, and forehead) to transmit the healing energy. This is deeply relaxing and nourishing for body, mind, and soul!

Foot Reflexology

A healing modality that is thousands of years old and is practiced in many different cultures around the world. Different points and zones on the feet and ankles are gently manipulated in order to nourish the nervous system and all body systems and organs. Utilizing warm towels and optional essential oils, deep relaxation can be experienced throughout the entire body. In this state of relaxation we give the body and the mind an opportunity to break the cycle of the “fight of flight” response and allow the parasympathetic nervous system to take over. From here the body can begin to heal itself.

Swedish Massage Therapy is for those looking to relax and rejuvenate. Long, slow movements help facilitate relaxation, tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system and helping the body recover from stress. One-On-One Meditation Coaching For Beginning to Advanced Meditators

In this 60 minute session I will teach you how to create a meaningful and effective meditation practice that works even if you have just 10 minutes to spend per day.

Teaching the ancient knowledge from India is also the type of meditation coaching or training that I offer. I will teach you how to have your own personal practice that will support you and your growth and healing. These practices are meant to be built upon as you continue to learn and grow!
