Sai Shakti Energy is an ancient technique from India of channeling divine energy with a specific intention for well being.

Sai Shakti Energy is a gentle, meditative experience that supports deep relaxation and inner awareness.

Each session begins with a simple intention (sankalpam), allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels supportive and aligned for you.

Sessions are available in person or at a distance. We will talk for a few minutes and come to a clear intention, what we are specifically working on for your session. Then the client lays fully clothed on a massage table or seated in a chair while I place my hands on different points of the body (back of neck, top of head, behind knees, feet, hands, fingertips, and forehead) to transmit the energy. This is deeply relaxing and nourishing for body, mind, and soul!

Foot Reflexology

A deeply relaxing practice with roots in many cultures around the world.

Gentle, intentional pressure is applied to specific points on the feet and ankles, inviting a sense of calm and connection throughout the body.

Warm towels and optional essential oils enhance the experience, creating a soothing environment that encourages you to fully unwind.

As the body settles into a state of relaxation, both mind and body are given space to rest, reset, and return to a more balanced, peaceful state.

One-On-One Meditation Coaching For Beginning to Advanced Meditators

In this 60 minute session I will teach you how to create a meaningful and effective meditation practice that works even if you have just 10 minutes to spend per day.

Teaching the ancient knowledge from India is also the type of meditation coaching or training that I offer. I will teach you how to have your own personal practice that will support you and your growth and path to wellness. These practices are meant to be built upon as you continue to learn and grow!
